PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days from the date your order ships.
Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and delivered by USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers based on your delivery address.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active with the carrier.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship within the continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@getmiola.com.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@getmiola.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.
